Delete Account

You can permanently delete your LOW account and all data linked to it.

Delete from the app (instant)

  1. Open LOW and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
  3. Tap Delete Account Permanently at the bottom of the page.
  4. Type your username to confirm and approve the deletion.

If you can't access the app

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, send an email titled "Account deletion request" from the email address registered to your account to destek@luckyonewins.com. Including your username speeds things up. Your request is fulfilled within 30 days at the latest, once we've verified you own the account.

What gets deleted?

  • Your account (email, username, password hash)
  • Your profile and the preferences saved to your account
  • All your favorite games
  • All your game history and statistics

Deletion cannot be undone. No data is retained; it is also purged from the infrastructure provider's backups within 30 days at the latest. Result card images you shared earlier remain on the devices of the people you sent them to.
