In short: We use no ads, analytics or tracking tools. We don't sell or share your data. We only keep what is needed to run your account and your saved games. You can delete your account from the app at any time.
1. Data controller
LOW is published by the individual developer Murat Demir, who is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Contact: destek@luckyonewins.com
2. What data do we process?
If you create an account
- Email address and username: to create your account, sign you in and send password reset emails.
- Password: never stored in plain text. The authentication service hashes it irreversibly (bcrypt); nobody, including us, can see it.
- Profile and preferences: your emoji avatar, theme, language, sound and vibration settings, so they follow you when you sign in on another device.
- Game data: custom games you add to favorites (up to 50), the history of your last 100 games (game name, emoji, contenders, duration, scores, ranking) and your total number of games played.
- Technical records: account creation and last sign-in time. Our infrastructure provider may briefly log connection data such as your IP address for security and debugging.
If you don't create an account
Quick Game needs no account. Results are only shown on screen; they are not saved anywhere or sent to us.
What stays on your device
Your theme, language, sound and vibration preferences are stored on your device. If you are signed in, your session token is kept in the device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). This data never leaves your device, and uninstalling the app removes it.
What we don't collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, advertising ID or device ID. The app contains no ads, analytics or third-party tracking tools.
3. Why and on what legal basis?
- Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5/2-c): creating your account, saving your games, showing your favorites and history.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5/2-f): keeping the service secure and preventing abuse.
- Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c), KVKK Art. 5/2-ç): lawful requests from authorities.
4. Who processes the data?
We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. We rely on these service providers to run the service:
- Supabase Inc. — database and authentication. Your account and game data are stored on Supabase servers. Database rules (Row Level Security) ensure each user can only access their own rows.
- An email delivery service — only for verification and password reset emails.
These providers' servers may be located outside your country. Your data is transferred with the safeguards required by the GDPR and KVKK Art. 9 (standard contractual clauses).
5. Sharing results
When you tap "Share Result", the result card image is generated on your device and handed to your phone's own share menu. You choose where it goes; it is not sent to us.
6. How long do we keep it?
- Account and game data are kept as long as your account exists.
- Game history keeps only your last 100 games; older ones are deleted automatically.
- When you delete your account, your profile, favorites and history are deleted immediately and permanently, and purged from the infrastructure provider's backups within 30 days at the latest.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and receive it in a portable format.
- Correction: change your username and avatar from the Profile screen.
- Deletion: Profile → Delete Account Permanently. Details, including what to do if you can't access the app: Delete Account.
- For other requests, write to destek@luckyonewins.com; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
8. Security
All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored hashed, inputs are validated both in the app and on the server, and each user can only access their own data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
9. Children
Quick Game is open to all ages and collects no data. Creating an account is for users aged 13 and over. If a parent tells us that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account and its data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We announce significant changes in the app; the latest version is always on this page and the date above changes.
