These terms govern your use of the LOW mobile app (the "App") published by Murat Demir. By using the App or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. The service
LOW lets you play a fun draw/decision game between contenders by tapping objects on the screen. Results are random and meant for entertainment only; they should not be used for important decisions, betting or gambling. Quick Game can be played without an account; saving custom games, favorites and history requires one.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your password confidential. If you think your account has been used without permission, change your password and let us know.
- Your username must not infringe others' rights, impersonate anyone or be offensive.
3. Your content
Text you enter, such as game names and contender names, belongs to you; we only store and display it to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the content of result cards you share. The following are prohibited:
- Illegal, hateful, insulting, harassing or obscene content;
- Using other people's personal data without permission;
- Reverse engineering, overloading or trying to breach the security of the App or its servers;
- Creating accounts with automated tools or otherwise abusing the service.
4. Intellectual property
The App's name, logo, design and software are owned by or licensed to Murat Demir. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Emojis are rendered by your device's operating system.
5. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account Permanently (details). We may suspend or delete accounts that seriously violate these terms, with prior notice or, where necessary, immediately.
6. Changes to the service
The App is under active development. We may add, change or remove features. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, from decisions made based on game results, or from data loss. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Privacy
How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We announce significant changes in the app. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts, including consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
